well, I just wanted to update everyone on what is going on in our lives. we have been house hunting for the last couple of months, but the search has not been so fruitful. we were either finding houses that were built in the early '20s and needed a lot of fixing up,(brock and i know nothing about) or they were nice, but small. so, we prayed a lot about it, and to make a long story short.....we are having a house built for us. God definately answers prayers, and we are so very excited and nervous at the same time. so please keep up in your prayers that everything will continue to go smoothly and that we will be patient with this whole process. and most of all that we will be open to what God has in store for us in this new adventure.
addison is growing like a weed, and learning new things each day.....lately she is learning to try mommy's patience:) it is amazing how someone so little can consume so much of one's life. i honestly can't tell you what I spent my time doing before addison, because now there never seems to be time to do anything. i wouldn't trade it for the world though. she is truly a blessing and even though she gets into absolutely everything and there are times when i just don't know what to do with her, i can't help but pick her up and smother her with kisses. children truly are a gift, and my daily prayer is that i always remember that, and cherish each and every moment i have with addison.

10 Months OLD!!!!
Where does time fly? Addison is already 10 months old and time seems to keep going faster and faster. I can't believe that addison will be 1 in a couple of months. she has 5 teeth. 2 on top and 3 on bottom. she waves 'hi' and 'buh bye'. she plays pat a cake, and claps when you say "yea". she loves music and whenever any is on she will dance. she knows how to turn on the stereo and scare mom and dad have to death when she cranks up the volume so loud. she doesn't seem to mind though. she just stands there and dances. she is not walking yet. she pulls herself up to everything and walks pushing toys, but when you try to walk with her she instantly plops onto her butt.

We went to glendive for easter and had a short but very nice weekend. we came back to addison having diarrhea and an ear infection so she was home all week with either mom or dad.

okay, so i have been horrible at posting lately.....so if you are going to check out all the pics since my last post, be prepared for a marathon! addison is getting so big...her hair is growing like crazy and she is getting chunkier by the day! :) she gets all over the place...she especially likes sucking on shoes (YUCK!!!), and taking dirt out of my plants and throwing it all over the floor. she turned 9 months old on the first. she has 4 teeth now. 1 on top and three on bottom. she does not like her diaper changed....i think it is more of the laying on the floor that she doesn't like, especially since she wants to move constantly, so it has become quite a challenge trying to change diapers. she loves music and "dances" whenever she hears any. she is not walking yet, but i am sure it won't be long before she does. she pulls herself up to everything. she loves food, especially dill pickles. she keeps us on our toes, but she is such a blessing and worth every stress. she loves hearing her own voice and at home she will blab constantly and she gets louder and louder and louder. she is definately a kirschenmann! :) on the flip side, brock and i are doing well too. brock is still enjoying his job at the gazette. my job is going well, CRAZY BUSY ALL THE TIME, but well. we are looking at homes right now as we are tired of renting and would love to have a place of our own. it is a stressful and somewhat discouraging process when we see the places in our price range and are not impressed. but we will keep looking and keep praying and will just wait for the right place for us. well, that's all for now.
