addison and aunt becky
addison and gramma
right after this picture was taken, addison pushed maegan right off the bench.
this is addison and her cousin maegan. this is one of the few times they didn't try to push each other!:)
addison got this little chair from gramma and she played with it all weekend long.

addison loves to be outside. she was enjoying the swing too!
addison loves to climb on absolutely everything. here she is on her toybox

while we were in glendive visiting, uncle timmy took addison outside where it was a little quieter, and they both fell asleep on the front lawn.

11 months old.

well, addison is now 11 months old. she is full of surprises and new things each day. she says "please" in sign language(something she learned at daycare). she has waving 'bye bye' down pat. she loves food of any kind, and even if she has already eaten, if you have food, she is there in a second begging like a little puppy for some of yours. she stands on her own, as long as she doesn't realize she is doing it, and walks with you, but only if she can grip your fingers, and if you try to let go of her, she instantly plops onto her butt. it is still amazing to me that i am a mommy. it is a lot harder than it looks sometimes. trying to teach a little one, that you are responsible for, discipline and kindness, is so hard. and it seems that everyone has advise on child rearing, but you still have to figure things out on your own. so, my prayer is that brock and i will continue to rely on God for help in raising addison, and that we are always consistent with her in everything we do, and that we would raise her to be a beautiful child of God.
on a different note, sorry it has been a while since we have posted pics, but our computer crashed, so we were without for a few weeks. we are staying busy with work, trying to keep an active little girl entertained, and brock is busy with making all sorts of things from laceys wedding invitations to jonathans grad announcements.
we are anxiously awaiting for our house to be built. we drive by at least once a week hoping there is progress. as of now, we are still a pile of dirt, but when they do start, we will keep you all updated with pics.

Our Hula baby

Thanks Clint and Alissa for this awesome outfit. addison wasn't sure what to think when we put it on her, but we sure thought it was CUTE!!!! :)

cruising with her toy.
our barricade from the plants. addison loves to pick the leaves off and throw the dirt all over the floor
addison loves socks... she will carry them all over the house with her. it is amazing how easily entertained little ones can be.

PEEKABOO

Addison like to go in between the fish tank stand and the ottoman. this day she was peeking out the end and thought it was soooo funny

helping mommy unload groceries

Addison was so eager to pull items out of the grocery bags. she is so helpful!

NEWS

well, I just wanted to update everyone on what is going on in our lives. we have been house hunting for the last couple of months, but the search has not been so fruitful. we were either finding houses that were built in the early '20s and needed a lot of fixing up,(brock and i know nothing about) or they were nice, but small. so, we prayed a lot about it, and to make a long story short.....we are having a house built for us. God definately answers prayers, and we are so very excited and nervous at the same time. so please keep up in your prayers that everything will continue to go smoothly and that we will be patient with this whole process. and most of all that we will be open to what God has in store for us in this new adventure.
addison is growing like a weed, and learning new things each day.....lately she is learning to try mommy's patience:) it is amazing how someone so little can consume so much of one's life. i honestly can't tell you what I spent my time doing before addison, because now there never seems to be time to do anything. i wouldn't trade it for the world though. she is truly a blessing and even though she gets into absolutely everything and there are times when i just don't know what to do with her, i can't help but pick her up and smother her with kisses. children truly are a gift, and my daily prayer is that i always remember that, and cherish each and every moment i have with addison.

addison walking with her toy

she is so proud of herself
addison had a little accident. she ran into the corner of one of our shelves....OUCH!!!!! but she still smiles! she is one tough little girl

10 Months OLD!!!!

Where does time fly? Addison is already 10 months old and time seems to keep going faster and faster. I can't believe that addison will be 1 in a couple of months. she has 5 teeth. 2 on top and 3 on bottom. she waves 'hi' and 'buh bye'. she plays pat a cake, and claps when you say "yea". she loves music and whenever any is on she will dance. she knows how to turn on the stereo and scare mom and dad have to death when she cranks up the volume so loud. she doesn't seem to mind though. she just stands there and dances. she is not walking yet. she pulls herself up to everything and walks pushing toys, but when you try to walk with her she instantly plops onto her butt.

This picture is just to show you that Addison finally has enough hair again to do the mohawk!!!:)

Happy Easter!

our little beauty in her Easter dress at pappa and grammys house

We went to glendive for easter and had a short but very nice weekend. we came back to addison having diarrhea and an ear infection so she was home all week with either mom or dad.
Addison eating cheerios...boy does she love food!

I actually have enough hair for a barrette now.
